KISSIMMEE, Fla. — The wife of an Iraq War veteran wiped away rips and held her young daughters as she stated goodbye to her family members at Orlando airport terminal on Friday morning — being unsure of the very next time they might all be together.

Alejandra Juarez, whom joined the United States illegally from Mexico significantly more than two decades ago, had pleaded publicly for President Donald Trump to quit her deportation. But a page brought to the White home this week by people in Congress was not adequate to keep her along with her spouse, a naturalized US resident, and their two American-born daughters.

“My mother is a good person and she actually is not just a unlawful, ” child Pamela, 16, told the news as she sobbed and covered her face.
